Kale Smoothies

Kale is #1 vegetable with the most micro nutrients . This cleans your blood, are high in fiber, have low calories, loaded with vitamins, reduces the risk of cancer, and contains a fair amount of calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, and antioxidants. It’s a miracle vegetable!

It’s a really simple recipe. Here’s what you need:

  • 2 leaves Kale
  • 1 cup of Ice
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 16 ounces Coconut Water
  • 1 Orange

Then all you do it blend it up!

You might want to use a Vitamix blender, or a Blend tec blender ( I use this) because it really makes it smooth and not so chewy. The only difference between a Vitamix blender and a Blend tec blender is really the price. Blend tec blenders are a couple hundred bucks cheaper than the Vitamix blender. You can purchase these at Costco or Ebay ( recommend because you can find a great deal).

If you only drink the Kale Smoothie  only  for a week or two you will lose weight and your blood will be more cleaner.
